The Problem

Your premiums went up again. Your team still cannot get an appointment.

That is the part the renewal spreadsheet does not show. An employee with a sinus infection waits nine days for a primary care slot, gives up, and goes to urgent care, or worse, the ER. The claim lands on your plan. The next renewal reflects it. Meanwhile the employee took half a day off to sit in a waiting room.

Direct Primary Care fixes the access problem first, and the cost problem follows. Your team gets unlimited primary and urgent care visits from a provider who answers their texts. You get a fixed per-employee monthly cost with no claims, no copays and no surprises.

What Your Team Gets

What is included for every enrolled employee

  • Unlimited primary care and urgent care visits, with no copays and no per-visit charges
  • Same-day and next-day appointments, including Sunday afternoons
  • Direct messaging with your provider for questions between visits, including after-hours guidance for urgent concerns
  • Visits that run 30 to 60 minutes instead of the standard seven
  • Chronic condition management for diabetes, hypertension, thyroid and cholesterol
  • Preventive care, recommended screenings, and vaccination guidance

What You Get As The Employer

Predictable cost

One flat rate per enrolled employee per month. No claims, no copays, no year-end true-up. You know your primary care spend on day one of the plan year.

Aggregate reporting

Quarterly de-identified utilization reports covering visit volume, same-day access rates, chronic condition control, and primary care used in place of ER or urgent care. Individual health information is never shared. You see aggregate data only, in line with HIPAA.

A benefit employees will actually use

Give employees direct access to a local provider without copays, deductibles, or long waits. It is a practical benefit that helps employees feel supported and helps employers strengthen recruitment and retention.

Less work for HR

We handle employee enrollment, onboarding, scheduling, and membership questions directly. Your HR team receives one predictable monthly invoice instead of managing individual visits or claims.

Care before costs escalate

Fast access helps employees address routine illnesses and chronic conditions earlier. When appropriate, we also help coordinate labs, imaging, medications, and specialist referrals so employees understand where to go next.

Group Pricing

The same $99 per month membership our individual patients pay, discounted as your group grows. Three-month minimum term, then month to month.

Employers with 50 or more full-time and full-time-equivalent employees may be subject to the ACA’s employer coverage requirements. Direct Primary Care does not replace major medical insurance.

How It Fits Your Existing Plan

Rise Up is not insurance and does not try to be. Your major medical plan continues to cover hospitalization, surgery, specialty care and advanced imaging. We handle up to 80% to 90% of everyday healthcare needs including sick visits, medication refills, annual physicals and chronic-condition follow-ups.

Pairing Direct Primary Care with a higher-deductible, lower-premium plan is where the arithmetic works. Employees stop avoiding care because of a deductible they will never meet, and the everyday claims that drive your renewal stop being claims at all.

Getting Started

Four steps, live in about 30 days

  1. 1

Discovery call, 20 minutes. We look at your headcount, your current plan design, and where your team is actually going for care today.

  2. 2

Proposal. A fixed per-employee rate, what is included, and how it sits beside your existing plan.

  3. 3

Enrollment. We run the onboarding sessions, on site or virtual, and handle employee sign-up. Nothing lands on your HR team.

  4. 4

Go live. Typically 30 days from signed agreement. First utilization report at 90 days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this replace our health insurance?

No. If you have 50 or more full-time employees you still need an ACA-compliant plan. Rise Up handles primary and urgent care. Your insurance handles hospitalization, surgery, specialists and imaging. Most employers pair us with a higher-deductible plan.

How fast can our people be seen?

Same day or next business day in nearly all cases, plus Sunday afternoons. For quick questions they can text their provider directly rather than booking anything.

What do we get to see about how it is being used?

Quarterly de-identified aggregate reports covering utilization, same-day access rates, chronic condition control, and primary versus emergency care use. You never see the health information of an individual employee unless they sign a release.

What if an employee leaves?

Memberships are month to month after the initial three-month term. You remove them from the roster at the next billing cycle. Departing employees may continue individually at our standard $99 rate if they choose.
