New to DPC?
What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct primary care (DPC) lets you pay your doctor’s office directly with one monthly membership, instead of paying copays, deductibles and bills after every visit.
The medicine is the same as traditional primary care. What changes is access. Because we do not run on insurance billing, we keep our patient list small, so visits are longer, appointments come quickly, and you can call or text your provider.
Why Atlanta patients switch
Primary care without the wait, the rush or the surprise bill
What Atlanta patients tell us they were missing, and what membership changes.
No more 11-day waits
Atlanta’s average wait for a new family medicine visit is about 11 days (AMN Healthcare, 2025). Members are usually seen the same or next day.
Room for every question
Appointments often run 45 minutes, so you can cover more than one concern in a visit.
Text your provider
Reach your provider directly by phone or text, with after-hours phone/text access for urgent, time-sensitive concerns.
Your deductible stays out of it
On a high-deductible plan, routine visits can cost full price. Here they are part of one flat fee.
Body and mind together
Preventive care, chronic conditions and mental health, including ADHD (non-stimulant), with one provider.
Kids to grandparents
We see patients ages 2 and up, so the whole household can have one practice.

“You’re in great hands choosing Eshan as your PCP. He truly cares & makes himself accessible to his clinic’s members. On the Friday of the 4th of July weekend, I suddenly had a terrible toothache. I was able to call Eshan & he was able to call me in an antibiotic to the pharmacy to get me through the long weekend until a dentist could see me the following week. How many people can get their provider to send an urgent medication same day on a holiday Friday? Thanks for all you do Eshan!”

“I used to be really cynical about the medical industry. I felt like doctors only treat patients as numbers in a que. My typical doctor experience would consist of waiting 30 minutes, actually seeing the doctor for 5 minutes, leaving feeling like my problems were unresolved, and receiving a bill I could not comprehend nor justify. Eshan at Rise Up Direct Care offers the complete opposite. Transparent billing, he answers and explains all of your questions, listens to his patients, and genuinely wants to help. My perspective has completely changed on what a primary care physician is supposed to be and I look forward to continue being a member!”

“Eshan Budwani, PA is an excellent healthcare professional! He is very smart, attentive and professional. I am VERY PLEASED that I found his practice and I feel very comfortable recommending him for medical care. And by the way I am freely giving this honest review and I have not received any sort of compensation from Eshan’s practice. Just a simple HONEST REVIEW.”

FAQ
Direct Primary Care Atlanta GA: Common Questions
How much does direct primary care cost in Atlanta?
Prices vary by practice. Our adult membership is $99 a month with a three-month initial commitment, then month to month. Labs are near cost.
Is direct primary care worth it?
It usually is if you see a doctor more than once or twice a year, manage a chronic condition, have a high-deductible plan or are uninsured. If you rarely need care, it may not save you money. A free Meet & Greet helps you decide.
What are the downsides of direct primary care?
It does not replace insurance or cover hospital, specialist or emergency care, and the fee is the same whether or not you visit. Labs are extra, though low cost.
Do I still need health insurance?
Yes. Keep coverage for emergencies, hospital stays, surgery and specialists. Many members pair DPC with a high-deductible plan.
Can I be seen if I am not a member?
Yes. Same-day urgent care visits are $199, no insurance needed.
Do you accept Medicare?
We are not enrolling Medicare beneficiaries at this time.
