Do you have more than one location?
No. All care happens at one clinic: 3040 Briarcliff Rd, Atlanta, GA 30329. Each area page explains the easiest way to get here from that neighborhood.
My area isn't listed. Can I still join?
Yes. If you can get to the clinic, you can join. Patients also come to us from Buckhead, Clarkston, Doraville, Toco Hills and the Emory area. Call 678-831-5784 if you're not sure.
Do you bill insurance?
No. We don't bill insurance or file claims. Membership is $99/month, or a single visit is $199.
Who can become a member?
We see patients from age 2 and up. We are not enrolling Medicare beneficiaries at present.
