- Weight management: $99/month, with a $297 three-month kickstart option.
- Pre-op physicals: $175 for the exam and letter, $299 for the complete package.
- Labs, imaging, specialists: Labs at near cost. Imaging and specialty referrals coordinated at transparent self-pay rates wherever possible.
- HSA and FSA: Accepted for most eligible services.
What we don't do: bill your insurance. Membership isn't insurance and isn't a replacement for it — keep a plan for hospital stays, surgery and specialist care. What this replaces is the part of the system that makes routine care hard.

The practice is at 3040 Briarcliff Rd, Atlanta, GA 30329, on the stretch of Briarcliff between North Druid Hills Road and LaVista Road. If you live in Toco Hills, Sagamore Hills, LaVista Park or over toward Emory, you are a matter of minutes away.
Parking is on site and the entrance is at street level, not through a garage or a lobby.

Those two closed days are printed here rather than discovered on the doorstep. Medicare.
Enrollment for Medicare beneficiaries is not open at present. Better said here than at the front desk.
Billing.
Claims are not filed from this practice and insurers are not invoiced.
Emergencies.
Chest pain, stroke symptoms, heavy bleeding, difficulty breathing or a serious injury need an emergency department, not a clinic. Dial 911 or go straight there. Being nearby is not a reason to stop here first.

Questions we get from the neighborhood
How is this different from the other North Druid Hills primary care options?
Mainly in how it is paid for. There is no insurance company sitting between you and the practice, so the length of an appointment is set by what you need rather than by what is reimbursable. That is why three quarters of an hour is normal here and seven minutes is normal elsewhere.
Is direct primary care in North Druid Hills, GA worth it when I live near a large hospital system?
Those are different things, and you want both. A hospital system is for surgery, admissions and specialists, and you should keep insurance for exactly that. This covers the everyday part, the sore throat and the blood pressure check and the form that needs signing, which is the part that is hardest to get quickly.
Can I walk in?
Yes, while we are open, members or not. A single visit is $199. Calling 678-831-5784 first means we can tell you what the wait genuinely looks like.
What sits outside the $99?
Labs, imaging and specialist care. Labs are charged at close to cost and the rest is arranged on self-pay terms. There is never a charge for the visit itself.
Do you take children?
From two years old. School and sports forms are done during an ordinary appointment. Pre-operative physicals are separate, at $175 or $299.
Can I pay with an HSA or FSA card?
For most qualifying services, yes.
