Founder & CEO, Rise Up Direct Care Primary Care & Urgent Care Provider
Eshan Budhwani, MSPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant providing comprehensive primary care and urgent care services in Atlanta and the surrounding East Metro communities, including Decatur, Brookhaven, Tucker, and Clarkston.
Prior to founding Rise Up Direct Care, Eshan gained five years of clinical experience in both primary care and urgent care, caring for patients across a wide range of medical needs. He treats patients ages two and up, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, mental health, and same-day urgent concerns. He is fluent in Hindi.

Dr. Frank Brown is a board-certified emergency medicine physician who earned his medical degree from the University of Southern California. His background in high-acuity clinical settings brings valuable expertise in rapid diagnosis, patient safety, and evidence-based treatment.
Dr. Brown serves as the supervising physician for Rise Up Direct Care, providing clinical collaboration and physician oversight in accordance with Georgia medical regulations.

Our practice operates as a direct-pay membership model and is not designed for patients who use Medicare as their primary insurance. At this time, we do not enroll Medicare beneficiaries in our membership program.
