Eshan Budhwani, MSPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant providing comprehensive primary care and urgent care services in Atlanta and the surrounding East Metro communities, including Decatur, Brookhaven, Tucker, and Clarkston.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Georgia and completed his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Misericordia University in Pennsylvania.
Prior to founding Rise Up Direct Care, Eshan gained five years of clinical experience in both primary care and urgent care, caring for patients across a wide range of medical needs. He treats patients ages two and up, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, mental health, and same-day urgent concerns. He is fluent in Hindi.
Eshan is known for taking the time to listen, explain, and partner with patients in their care. He prioritizes not only physical health, but also mental and emotional well-being. If a question does not have an immediate answer, he believes in finding one — and ensuring patients feel supported throughout the process.
During his PA training, Eshan served as Vice President of his class and remains committed to giving back through volunteer work and community involvement.
Fun fact: Outside the clinic, Eshan is a lifelong animal lover and hopes to one day have five dogs.

Dr. Frank Brown is a board-certified emergency medicine physician who earned his medical degree from the University of Southern California. He has extensive experience in emergency medicine and urgent care, where he has treated a wide range of acute and urgent medical conditions. His background in high-acuity clinical settings brings valuable expertise in rapid diagnosis, patient safety, and evidence-based treatment.
Dr. Brown serves as the supervising physician for Rise Up Direct Care, providing clinical collaboration and physician oversight in accordance with Georgia medical regulations.
Dr. Brown supports Rise Up Direct Care’s commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based medical care while maintaining the accessibility and personalized approach that defines the Direct Primary Care model. He works closely with the clinical team on complex cases, clinical protocols, and quality standards to help ensure patients receive thoughtful, high-quality care.
He also advances Rise Up Direct Care’s mission of providing transparent, patient-focused healthcare for individuals and families in the Atlanta and Decatur communities.
